At the end of the book, Jill takes the reader to the book of Joshua.  This is the place where the Lord tells Joshua to have one person from each tribe collect a stone to serve as a sign of God's faithfulness from one generation to another.  This book is in fact a "record" of Jill Kelly's "stones" put down on paper in order that her children will know the "deep scars and sweet satisfaction of a life of moments lived for the Savior".  

 We forget. God does not forget His people.  A brave and hope giving read!
