...well, maybe if he showed appropriate penance...correct repentance...was appropriately disciplined...and promised to go through an intense 12 step program...
(a lot of people are going to be offering him another chance because they believe it will increase their ratings.)
Such controversy. This guy would have fit perfectly into one of these second chance stories. I don't know how he would have responded to Jesus, but I know how Jesus would have responded to him. The same way He does to me. To you. He took the place of shame...
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:
