Children's Favorite

Bible Stories
Children's Favorite Bible Stories
illustrations by Natalie Carabetta

Do you have a favorite children's Bible Story book that you read with your children and/or grandchildren, nieces/nephews, neighbors? ☺
I do.  Several.  The thing about reading with your little ones is that you are creating a memory.  When you read Bible stories, you are making a truth "deposit" that will come back to serve them throughout their life.  So cool.
I like the special words * for example: God's Spirit is sometimes translated as 'wind of God'.* circles scattered throughout the pages of this one.   There are also quotes and interesting "did you know" sections.  Here is one:
Expect great things from God.
Attempt great things for God.
--William Carey
I have at least one Children's Bible in Spanish.  I know there are few available in other languages.  Wouldn't it be great if there was a children's Bible in every language?!

A family treasure that will help children and families grow together in their faith and knowledge of the Bible. This book includes:
  • Almost 200 Bible stories!
  • International Children’s Bible® text
  • Prayer prompts, definitions of new and special words, and helpful introductions to the stories and books of the Bible
  • Meaningful and fun family activities
  • Quotes from giants of the faith such as John Wesley, Martin Luther, Charles Spurgeon, D. L. Moody, Billy Graham, and others
Give your child a foundation of faith, and encourage spiritual family interaction with this reverent and classically illustrated Bible storybook. Children’s Favorite Bible Stories will help children to know and understand Scripture, and grow in a personal faith in the Lord.
